The Juanfe Social Complex was inaugurated in 2011 and has more than 12000 square meters of spaces designed and operated with the highest quality standards, all our processes of operation and maintenance of the building are governed under the standards of Leed certification in operation and care, obtaining Leed Gold Certification.
Our Social Complex houses more than 4000m2 of gardens and green areas and has solar panels that supply 35% of the energy consumed by the building and water reuse for garden irrigation, on the other hand, power and drinking water equipment consider high-performance strategies to avoid losses and minimize consumption. The natural light, the views, and the bioclimatic design, each one was designed to offer the best for all our occupants with the least possible impact on the environment.
