Forging dreams and empowering women in Colombia.

La Juanfe is positioned as a benchmark of transformation in the lives of thousands of young women in Cartagena and Medellín. Through our 360° model, we break the cycles of poverty that surround teenage mothers in Colombia and manage the tools to build a prosperous future for them and their families.

By 2023, we will impact more than 7,915 people through our commitment to education, psychosocial reparation, strengthening the maternal role and dignified and sustainable employment, which are the pillars that support our intervention model.

The young women not only receive technical job training, but also find a space of healthy accompaniment that encourages them to achieve their dreams. In addition, through our sexual and reproductive health modules, they acquire vital knowledge about their rights and experience a transformation in their relationships, based on respect, responsibility and a commitment to reduce subsequent pregnancy rates.

During 2023, we had great allies who shared their commitment to social transformation and together, we managed dreams and empowered more women to develop their life projects. Bringing Juanfe to unimaginable populations such as Venezuelan refugees and migrants belonging to our Transformemos Sin Fronteras program, in cooperation with the N. Conrad Hilton Foundation.

We are proud to share the results of our hard and committed work and are convinced that investing in women is the path to equity, social transformation and empowerment.
