What is it?
WW4W
Women Working for the World (WW4W) is a global platform powered by Fundación Juanfe, created to mobilize, connect, and inspire women committed to equality and social transformation. Through events, valuable content, forums, and networking spaces, WW4W drives female leadership, gender equity, and women’s inclusion.
Every year, we host the WW4W Forum, a high-impact event that brings together leaders, experts, and change-makers to discuss and generate solutions on gender equity, empowerment, and socioeconomic inclusion. In 2025, the forum will reach three of Colombia’s main cities: Bogotá, Medellín, and soon Cali.
By joining WW4W, you become part of a movement working toward a fairer, more equitable society with greater opportunities for all women. Together, we are making history.
WW4W Medellín 2025
The international forum gathered more than 1,000 attendees and 30 leaders from the public, private, and social sectors to reflect on gender equity, leadership, mental health, social development, and the challenges women face in Colombia and Latin America.
WW4W Bogotá 2025
In its eleventh edition, Bogotá was a resounding success, hosting 80 speakers over two intense and inspiring days. The event was a key space to discuss climate change, share powerful life stories, and showcase purpose-driven entrepreneurship.
