We facilitate women’s access to their first decent, formal job and provide ongoing support to ensure job retention. We offer complementary training tailored to market needs and build strategic partnerships with the private sector to create sustainable employment opportunities with clear career growth prospects.
Comprehensive Early Childhood Development Center (CIDI)
Every semester, 120 babies between 6 and 24 months old—identified as being at highest risk and vulnerability—are cared for at the Comprehensive Early Childhood Development Center (CIDI). Here, we strengthen their perceptual, language, physical, emotional, and social skills, ensuring healthy growth from the earliest stages of life. We also educate mothers on humanized parenting, fostering strong emotional bonds and promoting breastfeeding. With a preventive approach, we encourage healthy lifestyles and ensure that young mothers continue their education, reducing school dropout rates and improving family well-being—fully aligned with the transformative mission of Juanfe’s 360° Model.
